Intellectual property
All course material, lab content, videos, written content, schemas, code samples, the Networkers Home brand and the NETWORKERSHOME.COM website are owned by Networkers Home or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use this material for your own learning during and after the course. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, record, or share course material outside your own personal use. Violation may result in termination of enrolment and legal action under the Indian Copyright Act 1957.
Payment and refunds
Course fees are payable in advance per the schedule shared at the time of enrolment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Placement-track programmes follow the additional written terms at Placement Guarantee Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its lab infrastructure, scrape content at automated rates, reverse-engineer paid features, or use the platform to host or distribute unlawful material. We may suspend access for violations.

Career outcomes depend on candidate effort, market conditions and other factors outside our control; we make no guarantee of specific salary, role or employer except where explicitly stated in the Placement Guarantee Terms. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Networkers Home's total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
