How the work runs

Rotating shifts, built around where our learners are

Most of our international batches are for learners in the USA and Europe, so classes run in their working day or evening. Trainers work rotating shifts so that no one is on nights permanently. Your shift pattern, rotation cycle and batch load are agreed with you before you join.

A 9 am – 5 pm day in each market, in India time
Two figures because the US and Europe change their clocks; India does not.
Market Local time India (IST)
US East (New York) 9 am – 5 pm EST / EDT 7:30 pm – 3:30 am / 6:30 pm – 2:30 am
US West (California) 9 am – 5 pm PST / PDT 10:30 pm – 6:30 am / 9:30 pm – 5:30 am
UK (London) 9 am – 5 pm GMT / BST 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm / 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Central Europe (Berlin, Paris) 9 am – 5 pm CET / CEST 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm / 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Live, not recorded

You teach live batches, run the labs and answer questions in the session. Recorded content is a supplement, not the job.

Real equipment behind the labs

Cisco racks, firewalls and cloud accounts are provided for teaching. You spend your time on the learners, not on building a lab.

Mixed, international batches

Expect working engineers and career switchers from different countries in the same class. Clear English and patience matter as much as certifications.

What we look for

Engineers who can teach, not just certify

Field experience

You have done the work you are teaching: configured the network, run the SOC shift or built the cloud environment.

Clear teaching

You can explain a difficult idea simply, check that a learner has understood it, and adapt when they have not.

Shift flexibility

You are comfortable with a rotating schedule that follows US and European learners, agreed with you in advance.

The process: send the form below, a short call about your experience and availability, then a demo session where you teach a topic of your choice to our team.
