At NETWORKERS HOME, we provide our students with a Placement Guarantee as part of select courses. This guarantee offers unlimited interview opportunities until the expiry of the enrolled course deadline plus an additional six (6) months.
The guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
To avail the placement guarantee, the student must:
Maintain minimum 80% attendance in English communication and soft skills classes.
Clear three (3) technical mock tests designed by NETWORKERS HOME trainers.
Successfully complete video mock interviews and written assessments as scheduled by the management.
Actively participate in resume-building sessions, communication workshops, and mock interviews arranged by the institute.
The placement guarantee will automatically lapse if:
Candidate secures employment either through NETWORKERS HOME placement services or through personal efforts (Naukri, LinkedIn, references).
Candidate fails to meet the attendance or assessment requirements.
Candidate refuses three or more genuine job opportunities/interview calls arranged by NETWORKERS HOME.
Candidate does not respond within 48 hours to placement-related communications.
Candidate engages in misconduct, academic dishonesty, or violation of institute policies.
Once your profile is sent to our partner companies, you are expected to keep your phone active and respond promptly. Failing to attend or respond on two occasions will result in disqualification from the placement guarantee.
Once an offer letter is issued by a partner company, the candidate must join the organisation. Our placement guarantee applies up to the issuance of an offer letter and joining. If the candidate fails to join without company fault, the admission and placement guarantee become void.
Students must update their resumes and job portal profiles (Naukri/LinkedIn) as guided by the placement cell.
Students must maintain professional behaviour and punctuality during interviews.
Students must inform the institute in writing of any independent job offers received.
The decision of the Placement & Training Management is final and binding in all disputes.
The institute does not guarantee a specific job role, company, or salary package but ensures continuous interview opportunities within the stipulated period.
This policy is effective from the date of enrollment.
