Cancellation & Cancellation Policy

Before Course Start

• • 80% fee reversal of the total course fee if the course has not yet started.
• • GST (Goods & Services Tax) will also be reversed in full if no classes have been attended.

Within 7 Days of Course Start

• • 50% fee reversal of the total course fee if the request is made within 7 calendar days from the first class date.
• • GST reversal is not possible once any class has been attended, as per government rules.

After 7 Days of Course Start

• • No fee reversal will be processed.

Once classes have started, GST is strictly non-reversible.

No fee reversal will be entertained in cases of:

• • Change of mind
• • Job change, relocation, or workload
• • Course dissatisfaction or trainer preference
• • Personal commitments (marriage, travel, exams, etc.)

Important: Accessing study material, labs, or LMS platform is considered "class participation" and counts as the course being started.

Where an enrolment has been taken at a discounted or promotional offer price — any price below the published MRP, including seasonal discounts, early-bird pricing, batch-specific offers, referral discounts, or any other promotional reduction — no fee reversal will be processed under any circumstance.

This overrides the standard "before course start" and "within 7 days" windows in Section 1. Promotional pricing is contingent on the enrolment continuing to completion; a cancellation at any point forfeits the entire discounted fee amount.

Rationale: Offer pricing is extended in exchange for the seat being held and the batch commitment being kept. Where a seat is blocked at a discount and later cancelled, the institute cannot re-offer the same discount to a replacement candidate. The forfeiture clause preserves fairness across the batch.

Fee reversals after the standard period will only be considered under:

• • Serious medical accident of the candidate (with verifiable hospital records)
• • Death of the candidate

No other reasons will qualify. Section 3 (Promotional Offer Pricing) applies independently — enrolments taken at offer pricing remain non-reversible even under the exceptional cases above.

• • Fees paid are non-transferable to another person.
• • Students may request a batch transfer (subject to management approval). Additional charges may apply.

• • All fee reversals will be processed via the same mode of payment used during enrollment.
• • Fee reversals typically take 15–30 working days to reflect in the student's account.
• • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or GST (where applicable) are non-reversible.

• • Networkers Home reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.
• • The management's decision in all matters related to fee reversal is final and binding.
