Goal-fit assessment. The counsellor asks about your education, current role (if any), 2-year career goal, and constraints (budget, timeline,
online vs in-person). They map your situation to the right course-track — single-cert (CCNA, CCNP, AWS, etc.) for upskillers already in IT, or 8-month flagship for placement-track candidates.
If your situation doesn't fit any Networkers Home program, they'll say so.
Fee structure with current discount. Confirmation of the 20% off rate, EMI options if applicable, and full refund clause for flagship programs.
Locked-rate mechanism explained — pay the registration deposit and your rate is honoured even if pricing changes during enrolment.
Cohort options. Next intake date, batch size (max 60), weekday vs weekend variant, online vs in-person at HSR Sector 6 campus.
For online students, lab access via vpn.networkershome.com is identical to in-person students.
Placement guarantee terms. If you're considering an 8-month flagship, the counsellor walks through the full refund-clause-backed placement
guarantee — what counts as a placement, attendance requirements, internship completion, and the 6-month timeline. The terms are also published in writing at /placement-guarantee-terms/.
Honest pushback. If you're under-qualified for the course you've requested, the counsellor will recommend a foundation track first instead of taking your money.
Multiple prospects are turned away each cohort because the fit isn't right yet — that's the institute's track record speaking, not a sales script.
No follow-up pressure. Once the call ends, you decide on your own timeline. We don't run automated drip emails, daily WhatsApp follow-ups,
or "limited seats remaining" panic messages. If you message 3 weeks after the initial call ready to enrol, the counsellor picks back up where you left off — same person, same context.
Most prospects take 2-4 weeks to decide; that's normal and we plan capacity for that decision window.
